The rates quoted on this website are the discounted rates available by booking direct. 

If you prefer to book through other portals such as VRBO or Google travel,

those rates will be higher than the rates below.

  • Bookings are weekly (7 days) and are Saturday to Saturday.

  • Rental includes meet and greet (within standard hours), WiFi, supply of beach and bathroom towels, cotton bed linen, full deep clean, laundry, Premium TV,  electricity (fair use).

  • Check in from 4pm / Check out by 10am. 
    Standard check in at 4-6pm and check out at 8-10am are included in rental cost.  Outside of these hours a special check out payment of €35 is paid directly to our management company in cash on arrival or departure.

  • Payment in full at time of booking.
    100% refund for cancellations before 60 days of booked arrival date
    75% refund for cancellations less than 60 days but more than 30 days of booked arrival date
    No refund for cancellations within 30 days of booked arrival date

  • As we are in a small residential hamlet, our villa is not suitable for parties or events.

  • Outside of season, the pool can be heated at an additional cost and if notified before arrival.  It is a large pool and, depending upon the time of year, can take up to a week to heat! Please discuss this prior to arrival if you would like this service.     

  • For security we have an alarm system which you are encouraged to use.  We also have a security camera system which will be disabled during rental.
